I had a wonderful stay at this hotel which is ideally located near a shopping center with a skywalk to the twin towers. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, as the breakfast portions were a bit on the small side. The location is a major plus, being close to many eateries and tourist spots, but I felt the amenities could be enhanced a bit.
